We have had our share
of winter weather so far this season and it doesn't appear that it
will be over anytime soon.
The Prospect Heights
Vol. Fire Department is asking all Ewing Township residents whose
properties have a fire hydrant in the vicinity to shovel them out as
soon as possible. Recent snowstorms and the plowing of our
roads afterward have buried a good number of our fire hydrants.
A 5-foot area around the hydrant would give firefighters sufficient
room with which to work in connecting the hose and opening the
hydrant.
We appreciates all
the help and support to get those hydrants shoveled out!
