The Prospect Heights Volunteer Fire Company #1 of Ewing Township recently presented the Francis P. McGuire Memorial Scholarship of $1,000 to Amanda Lenarski of Ewing High School. 

This scholarship is a small way that the Prospect Heights Volunteer Fire Company can support the community that supports their efforts to protect the lives and property of those in Ewing Township.  This is the sixth straight year that the fire company has presented a scholarship to a Ewing High School senior who has given exceptional time and effort to community service in the Ewing Township community and beyond. 

Ms. Lenarski will be attending Cedarville University in Ohio where she will be studying Christian education, youth ministry and missions.
